BreezeForum

Our Story

With a dedication to genuine Italian pizza, we've been creating with love since 1985

The

From Naples to Your Neighborhood

'BreezeForum sprang from a single vision: sharing true Neapolitan pizza with Edinburgh. Established by the Taylor household in 1985, our small pizzeria was born, steeped in family tradition and recipes passed from one generation to the next.

Emily Taylor, our founder, honed her pizza-making craft while exploring Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza experts. When she returned to the UK, her mission was to offer a slice of Italian authenticity, using time-tested techniques and premium components.

Our humble 12-seat venue has evolved into a cherished fixture, yet our focus on excellence and genuine tastes remains untouched. We continue to employ our traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare fresh dough daily, and select the finest produce available.

'BreezeForum is still a family venture, with the Taylor's next generation at the helm and an enthusiastic crew behind them. Although we've integrated some contemporary advancements, at our core, we persist in baking delightful, genuine pizza that unites friends and family.

What Our Customers Say

This is the closest thing to a true Neapolitan pizza that I've encountered outside Italy. The dough is just the right kind of chewy, with those distinctive, charred marks that only come from a real wood-fired oven.
